I too drink a lot ay. I believe your fine will total $7250.00. That is : $200 fine, $50 court cost, and $7000 for driving a Kia. |

You will probably be charged with wreckless driving, lots of points and a big fine! (Sorry dude!) |

your fine should be at the bottom of your ticket. most of the time you will end up paying at least 100 maybe 200 since you were going so much over. they can call that reckless driving and not just speeding |
|

WHAT?
 |
Depends on the state your in. In California it would be approximately $5.00 per mile over the posted speed limit plus addditional fees that may apply. In addition, when you go to court, they might take your driving privelege away for wreckless driving. Driving at speeds of 80mph and about is considered wreckless in most states. At speeds of 100mph and more you go directly to JAIL. Hope they let you take driving class to reduce your insurance note. Also, this could be as high a two points on your driving record. |

It amuses me that you give us the type of car.
Anyway - yeah, probably a couple hundred. |

A lot less than it would have cost to bury you if you'd lost control of the piece of sh1t car. You probably feel invincible, but you aren't. I had a friend in highschool who was killed because he was driving too fast in a Hyundai Excel. |

I was caught doing 91 in a 55 in NY State and it was only $145. man was i lucky that I was from out of state. Otherwise it would've been off to jail, wreckless driving, huge fine, court costs, and suspended license. The reciprocal agreement from my state allowed me to go free. I also knew right off I was busted and was very cooperative with the trooper. He knocked it down to 89 mph. That way it wasn't wreckless driving, since he couldn't get me anyway. I noticed a Sedona today. Rims, tinted windows, black, it looked fast. |

depends on where
last time i got a $320 ticket for doing 90 in a 65mph highway in Mass, but it's a construction zone, still it's a like 4:00am and there's like barely any cars.
i think 94mph in a 45mph you gotta go to court and pay like $500 fine. it's mostly base on where you live. |

Depends on your state. Most states now revoke your license for anything over 24 mph. But, it mainly depends on were you stopped and ticketed. Interstate will be a high fine. Inside a city limits will be high as well. Just hope they take it easy on you, Good luck! |

kia sedonas can do 94 MPH?? |

i'm pretty sure that's wreckless driving, and if so, it's going to be very expensive, it's the second worst ticket to get, the first being driving under the influence |

If you didn't get a ticket for reckless driving you are so lucky. Anything over 90 mph is reckless driving which is another ticket in itself if not jail time. |

$10 per mile over the speed limit, plus some kind of processing fee for the ticket. If you were in a construction zone, it's doubled. |

depends on what state you are in. The usual court costs are around 50.00, plus 1.00 for each mile over |

You were doing more than twice the MPH limit????? Are you nuts?? Whatever fine they give you is not enough.
Obviously, the traffic in front of you wasn't doing that speed, so you must've been weaving in and out of traffic too. I'll be sure to keep my eyes out for any reckless drivers driving Kia Sedonas and stay away from them. You're dangerous and will cause an accident one day. |

Wow! Gosh, that's pretty fast for a 45 MPH! My husband got a ticket for going 90 in a 55 on the interstate, and it was around $300. That's 35 over. You were going 49 over. It's probably going to be around $600, but it depends on your area as well as if it was a construction zone, etc. |

It depends on where you are. Anything 15-20 mph over can be classified as reckless operation. If the cop wrote the ticket for 94 it could be rather expensive. You are very lucky you were not arrested on the spot.
You can call the courthouse of the city issuing the ticket and they should be able to tell you. However, if it is a required court case, you will just have to wait and see. I would expect to pay a minimum of $200 plus court costs, but $500 + should not be ruled out. I got a ticket once for doing 70 in a 65 and it cost me $165.
Good Luck! |

I like how you mentioned the latte. But it varies state to state how much you will be fined. So, I haven't a clue! Hope it was a good latte! |
