Uhhh, NO, dummy. It was YOUR fault, not your insurance company that put you in the hospital. I don't understand how you could even think they would be responsible for any money owed to you other than what is specified in the policy --

Damn....

Best answer usually the simplest
For? You had the accident. If you are gonna get a ticket, it is probably because it was your fault. That has nothing to do with insurance. Who is paying for your therapy? Probably insurance.

Sue them for what? We need details as to why you are sueing them. If you insurence company caused you accident b/c of some neglect on their part then you can sue them.

Also check your coverage, medical bills is one thing, and physical theropy is another. PT is not concidered a medical bill, at it wasnt with my shoulder.

You can't sue your insurance company for an accident that you were found at fault for. Normally what happens is if you have an accident and the other person was found at fault, your insurance company *MIGHT* settle with you and then try and get the money back from the other insurance company. But, if you were found at fault (an normally if you get the ticket you are found at fault) then you can't sue anyone, and it would be dumb to sue your own insurance company because you are only suing yourself for an accident you caused. Depending on your coverage they may cover a certain amount of lost wages, a certain amount of medical bills, and sometimes physical therapy bills.

The only way you can sue your insurance company is that if the insurance company is not giving you those facilities which are in the contact........ then you can sue your insurance company in court.

Read what your insurance covers you for because most people just take out the minimum coverage and never think of what if !!!!!
