Find answers to your legal question.

If I fill my tires with hydrogen, will my car float?

It's a 2001 Dodge Neon, if you need the specifications.

Nope, but it will leave the ground when the hydrogen explodes.

No Absolutely not.

No. It would take something as big as a blimp to lift a car. Hydrogen in the tires would have a negligible effect. (Except to be an explosion hazard).

no!

No but if you fill your head with hydrogen, it will.

I am totally random
No i don't think so as the hydrogen in your tyres will not be strong enough to lift your car off the ground.

Friendly Stranger..
No your car will not float, but you run the risk of an explosion. Ever heard of the hydrogen bomb?

Avant-Garde ★
if you want to blow up and die then try it.

No, just explode. Hydrogen is extremely dangerous. It will leak more readily than air or nitrogen, and could ignite just from static alone.

Nitrogen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extended Tire Life
With tires maintaining better pressure, tire life can be significantly extended.

Oxidation is Eliminated
With Nitrogen, there is no more oxidation of inner liners, belt packages, valve stem hardware or air pressure monitoring devices.

Improved Retreadability
Nitrogen doesn’t cause tire rubber to break down as quickly as regular air and with the elimination of oxidation, Nitrogen filled truck tires have often had 4 or more retread lives.
Stronger casings = more retreads.

No More Rim Rust
Nitrogen is completely dry. Condensation is eliminated.

On the Road Reliability
Decreased tire failures reduce costly down time.

PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE KIDDING??!!!

it's Nitrogen, not hydrogen

the individual molecules are larger compared to atmospheric air, which already contains approximately 78% nitrogen. the larger molecules can't escape out of the tiny crevices that the regular air will be able to leak from.

nitrogen also doesn't expand and contract like regular air and therefore you won't have the "drastic" pressure changes between a cold tire and a hot tire, which only equates to about a 5 psi difference anyways.

stay away from nitrogen, it's a scam
