The person to your right, who ever starts first, or was there first.Sadly, alot of new people in our country think it is a race or contest, who goes 1st, 2ND, and 3rd, and I think that's how alot of accidents are caused when actually it's more a matter of common courtesy, who goes 1st.Best thing, look it up in the DMV Handbook.

The first one who stops but you still need to proceed with caution. There are impatient people out there.

it is the first to arrive, and that person can wave one of the others on, there is no such thing as the one on the right, everone is on the right of one of the others, same goes for the one on the left.

The first one to come to a complete stop, goes first. If they all arrive at the same time, then the one making a right turn goes first. If none are making a right turn, then the best thing to do is sit and wait till the coast is clear. To be on the safe side and not have to deal with paperwork and car repairs...just yield the right of way. If in doubt, sit it out.

normally it would be the car that stopped first. Then it would be the car to your right to go first. But if all stopped at the same time then you know one is not going to wait and will go first especially if in a hurry so I guess it would depend on who is polite and who is in a hurry

You don't "have right of way", others "yield right of way". But who does this is a "depends on where you are" thing.
In the New Jersey (United States of America) driver's manual: "yield to: the driver on the right if you both get there at the same time; the other driver if he is already in the intersection or arrived first; to oncoming traffic when turning left; and to pedestrians in the crosswalk".
European Union and United Kingdom solve the problem by using "roundabouts" instead of 4-way stops. You yield to the vehicle on your right unless you are on the "priority" road and everyone yields to the vehicle already in the intersection.

The one who gets there first or the one on the left.
