Yes because accidents do happen...like tire blowouts and malfunctioning of cars and children not paying attention while they are on bikes and another one is motorcyles..they are sometimes very hard to see

Maybe. Natural disaster or act of god. For example, tree branches fell on the car ....

Niecy
yes. you can still get in an accident in bad weather or if something goes wrong with your car

Rockvillerich
Yes, but there would be WAY fewer, and they would be less severe. Pedestrian fatalities would be lower too.

theessenceofrose
Yes their will always be a idiot in the bunch

Paul
YES

lightningfastfords
No not that type , but other than Mechanical Failure then it certainly would be a great lowering in accidents ,that's for sure, also must account for someone driving and have a stroke or hart attack or any Major medical emergency, or act of God bad weather hail, sleet, snow, fog and so on it would lower it but not stop it.

Unfortunately, yes because nobody follows them PERFECTLY. We all make mistakes.

Jill Girl
Yes, due to factors like deer running out in front of you or icy roads or other severe weather conditions. But there would be a lot less of them!!!

Ralfcoder
Yup.

Cars still can break down at odd times. Debris can fall in the road unexpectedly - downed trees, falling rocks, etc.

Of course! Factor in equipment failure and human error-a recipe for accidents!

butch
Yes--and they truly could be called accidents, Whereas most "accidents" today are reality - catching up to us.

Yes the main word you are looking for is car ACCIDENT. Everyone can intentionally follow the rules, but accidents do happen.

Of couse there would, that's why they're called "accidents". There would definately be fewer accidents, since if everyone was obeying all the rules most accidents would be from some mechanical failure or simple human nature instead of gross human stupidity.

rjm_333
yes there are still animals that dont give a damn about were or when they cross and stuff will still break on cars and trucks and tires will blow out still
