Find answers to your legal question.

If i'm driving on the highway (70 mph) and my front right wheel hypothetically falls off what should i do?

How hard do i brake?

Which way should I turn?

To what god do I pray?

Stay calm, let off the gas, try to keep the car on the road or in the lane and look for a safe place to pull over. Slowly work the brakes. Stop the car in a safe spot. Get out, look around to see if the tire hit anyone or another car. Curse a lot. Then thank someone/something you are still alive. Laugh, then call someone and call police (so they can retrieve your tire).
When you get home, change your pants and go have a few drinks. Tell your story to everyone who'll listen.

the god of all gods. you will need to go straight to the
top for this because at that speed praying will be all you
can do.

Do not apply the brakes suddenly. Apply them very slowly while steering the car to the right side of the road if there is clearance. The car will want to go in this direction anyway.
Don't pray, stay calm and in control of the car. When the car stops, immediately put the hazard flashers on and exit the car to the safe side.
This actually happened to me after having my tires rotated at a tire shop. I was traveling about 70 mph on the freeway. I did exactly what I described above and the car came to a stop with only a small amount of damage to the fender when the tire exited and to the brake rotor where it contacted the ground.

ease on the brakes and try to stay straight.

NO don't brake yet. If you are doing 70 MPH, then the road is pretty clear so there so need to come to an screeching stop. In any emergency, it is always best to get control first. Secondly if you lost a wheel you will vear to the left or the right, especially if you brake hard. Once you gotten control and have the car moving in a straight line (or with the road), gently apply brake to come to a stop.

Remember slamming on the brake is not your first option. Steering and regaining control (and possibly some braking) is always first option.

There are time when a car may cut you off. If you were to steer FIRST and then brake you might not get into an accident. But if you were to brake and then try to steer, you may lock up your brakes and no amount of steering would work (with ABS this is not a huge problem any more). But still controll is number one.

Try not to panic.....never press on the brakes....and if the car starts to swerve then you turn the wheel in the direction it is swerving until you come to a complete stop

I don't understand, what sort of issues are you having that makes you think you wheels going to fall off? Your car doesn't sound safe, that could cause a very serious accident.
