Well, we dont always live in a practical world. We all pay for "convenience"

I think it is because not everyone will drink very heavily, if at all. Besides, most people sober up before driving. :3 |

here in BC, if your BAC is below 0.08 then you're allowed to drive, for my dad that's like 2 or 3 beers
so if you have just one, most people can legally drive (unless they chug it) |
