No. It is a "learners" permit and that means an adult has to be with them at all times. Pops |

Regarding of age you can't drive solo without a license. A permit is not a license. |

No. You need to get a licensed driver to help you. |

I think if you have a permit, you can't drive by yourself. You
need someone with a driving licence to seat next to you when
you drive. You have to display on the front and back of your
car's windshield a 'P' to indicate that you have a permit when
you're driving. Minimum age is 18 years, but there are some
people who are in their late 40s still having a permit and not
yet a licence to drive. So happy motoring! |

No, you cannot drive by yourself with a permit. You must have a licensed driver, age 21 or older who has been licensed for at least one year in the seat next to you any time you are driving with a permit. It does not matter how old you are. You could be 40 and you'd still need to have a licensed driver in the car in the seat next to you. |

If you have a school permit you may drive to and from school by yourself. Otherwise you have to have a licensed driver in the car with you. |
