Here's the reasoning for the rule of "right of way." It's for situations like so. But of course we all have to be weary of the idiots who happen to be too good for their signals and expect you to know which way they intend to move in. But like one person answered with. Yield, make sure other drivers see you, and just basic decency to navigate through.
