Because drinking and driving isn't illegal. Drinking (too much) and driving IMPAIRED is illegal.
All states have their own blood alcohol content (BAC) limit. In general, it works out to be about 3 drinks for an adult male is the limit. Otherwise, you are probably safe to drive. |
