maintain your speed and drive within 2 mph of the speed limit either direction. I know people who have even been pulled over for going too slow.

Don't do anything suspicious. Also, drive the speed limit and make sure to signal when turning. Usually if you're being followed closely by a police car, it means you've already committed a traffic violation and you don't want to give them anything else to ticket you for.

I've experienced it when on the left lane of a freeway 20 miles over speed limit. Usually I watch all 8 sides when I'm over speed limit, But on that day I wasn't thinking. Suddenly he was behind me at the same speed. I just slowed to speed limit and moved to right lane, he passed by to the next guy infront of me to do the same. So people, just don't panic in this situation and all will go well.

Depends. If you are on a highway in the left lane, then get into the right lane. If you are on a secondary road, do the speed limit. If it's safe to pull over and let him pass, put on the directional and do it.
