depends on the state and time in between... in NC and WV, if you get a DUI and take the appropriate action to getting your license back, it's off your record in 5 years. In FL, a DUI stays on your record for 75 years. |

Mostly it counts as stupidity and a hard lesson learned. States share records, especially felony counts. So it depends on the states involved. |
