Yes, if there is a camera in the intersection. The camera has the job of flashing when a car passes the stop line or proceeds through the light when it is red. If there is no camera then there will be no flash. The camera will do what it was programed to do which is detect any motion after the light has turned red. If there is no camera, then you get no flash. Also if the camera is suffering from technical difficulties then you will get no flash. But yes, it will flash if motion is detected. |

If there is a camera on the lights yes it will!
Although sometimes you can get lucky and even if it flashes it might not have film in it but I wouldn't risk it cos a flashing camera can be the least of your problems!!
Just think about the other people that now have a green light.... |

If there is a camera, yes, it always snaps a picture. If there is an associated flash, it depends upon the system, but usually, yes, since a license plate could be in shadow. |
