Drivers are supposed to be in control of their vehicles at all times. If you have a degree of sickness that impairs your ability to be in control of your car, then you have no business driving until you get well.
I drive, I sneeze, we all sneeze, but we had better be good enough drivers that we do not let this interfere with our driving.
I drink non-alcoholic beverages while driving.
Sometimes I have to do some fancy maneuver, or slam on brakes ... at that point I drop the drink, my lap is soaked ... because control of the car is more important than anything else.
Suppose I was to say that I could not steer properly until I wiped my nose, or placed the drink where it would not spill ... that would not be an acceptable statement. |

if you "sneeze" while driving, it's your fault. Why would the other driver be responsible for your sneezing? |

generally if you cause the accident it is your fault |

It does not matter if you sneeze or have a heart attack, if you are operating the car when it happens it's your fault. |

The next time you sneeze try using the techniques we use in hospital certain. you need to with arm cover your nose not your eyes. You are at fault being if you can not control due to certain control on the road and due to deficiency on the road or your car, you're at fault. I got a $ 50.00 ticket for having my window broken and raining and snowing when I slide off the road. |

Of course it is our fault. If you get stung by a bee, drop your spliff in your lap Lebowski style, or your kids are pulling your hair, or all three at the same time, you must maintain control of your vehicle. If you are not capable of doing so then you shouldn't be allowed to drive. |

Well, yes of course! It is definately your fault! The other person didn't sneeze! Sorry to say but you are at fault. |

I hate that because I'm afraid of the same thing. You just need to remember your eyes will only be closed for like a second so keep plenty of room between you and other cars so you can brake in time if you need to |
