LOL, seriously though, while you are praying out loud, Let off the gas, steer in the direction of the skid and DO NOT SLAM ON THE BRAKES!!! To do so would likely put you in an uncontrolled spin and possibly flip your vehicle. Not cool! |

Take your foot off of the gas to slow down without braking.
You should never slam on the brakes, that'll make it worst and you'll lose control of the car. |

The answer they tell you to do according to DMV of California is to release the accelerator...
Best answer in my case would be B) Gradually release.
Now, if I was Bunta or the real Drift King I would probably do a combination of answer A), D) and C)
Slam on the brakes to get the right speed, throw sharply to one side to start the drift, and gas to keep the RPM up through the drift.
