im really scared and i forgot to turn on my headlights and some drivers i saw them driving away from me .. and now i think i cant drive anymore .. im really scared .. :(

You're OK...I don't care to drive in the dark either, especially at twilight when a lot of drivers don't put their lights on because they can see where they're going.
If you know that you're going to be driving during dark hours, turn the lights on when you get in your vehicle...(Do a little mental checklist - seat belt, fuel, lights, windshield clean - takes 6 seconds.)...Then pause just for a moment when you reach your destination and check all switches off - 3 seconds...It will become a habit after a while.
Slow down a little - you don't have the same visibility at night as during the day...When a vehicle approaches you, especially with high beams on, turn your eyes slightly to the right...You'll still see the oncoming lights, but they won't be blinding...Make sure that your headlights are properly adjusted...A good mechanic can do that for you...Relax and take your time.

No your OK I do that all the time lol and i have been driving for 16 years just Relax and don't have any distractions like my biggest distraction is the radio and my three year old so I got duck tape for her lol jj and I leave the radio off (sometimes) lol you'll be ok. Don't let the fear over come you face your fear and conquer it. |

I used to forget to turn my lights on too. Just get in the habit of doing it. You will be amazed at how much better you can see! If you are really worried, drive more during the day for practice and then at dusk and then night. Remember to turn your lights on as soon as the sun starts setting or if it is raining. |

dont be scared, if you are tense and scared you will get into a crash, if your so calm your sleeping you will crash. just be very relaxed and you wont have a problem, even if you lose control of your car on a wet road dont panic cause you can regain control if you are calm durring the spin out. if you let go of the wheel, cover your eyes and start screaming nothings goin to help you. |

It's okay to be nervous about driving when you first start! Just always remember to buckle up and switch those headlights on next time. If you feel anxious next time you're driving, of course you still need to concentrate on the road, but also try thinking of something else. Put the radio on and start singing, that always helps me when I get nervous. Good luck. |

If your scared driving at night then stop driving at night. It will be dangerous for you and for the other drivers because one wrong move and your dead. My only advice to you is Drive only at daylight and not at nighttime if you are not confident enough. If you still scared surrender your driver's license and stop driving. |
