You're screwed! Call your attorney, don't post dumb questions on Yahoo! Don't admit ANYTHING to the cop, just let him do his job.
If you know for a fact that you're trashed, most attorneys would advise that you refuse the test. You'll lose your license for a period of time but it won't be quite a bad as a DUI conviction. That said, if you're close, a good attorney might be able to plead it down to wreakless driving. Roll the dice and take your chances. |

never admit anything. you could refuse his test and let him drag you in and fight the charge or just take it like a man and learn a lesson and call a cab next time you decide to get drunk.
i'd refuse anything until my lawyer is present and hope my lawyer knows to take at least 12 hours to get to the courthouse. 12 hours in holding is better then paying for a dwi for 5 years lol |
