In Ontario, is it legal to drive with an injured left foot?

In Ontario, can I legally drive my car while my left ankle/foot is in an "air cast"?

Please provide references with answers!!

I have no references but if you can drive in Ontario with only one leg I see no reason why an air cast would make any difference.
Some people pick the strangest things to keep them awake at night.
