Is North Carolina changing its after 9 law?

i heard recently that anyone who gets their license after Januray 1, 2008 will have to wait a year to get your after 9 privlages, opposed to the 6 months is was. I'm not sure if this is true or not, can someone confrim?

No. It is still the same and it hasn't changed. As it states anyone who gets their learners license will still be restricted from driving past 9 pm.
