I assume you're talking about your "brother-in-law-by-marriage". If you have a direct brother-in-law, it would mean he's already married, which then would make him awkward to date.
Otherwise, it's not illegal... just weird. |

You're married?? You would be breaking your vows. I don't think you would go to jail or anything. My husband's ex slept with and carried on an affair with her brother in law. It was awkward for quite a bit of time. It's a pretty terrible thing to do but that's just my opinion. It seems a bit white trash too.
edit: If you're divorced and it's real love then it might be worth the risk. If it's not then it's stupid. Find someone else. |

In some states yes it is. You're sister can press charges on both of you for cheating. It actually happens alot but its hard to prove, so if you keep it on the down low, its just dirty cousing loving. |
