You will almost certainly find a broken spring or hanger,or even a spring that has been overstretched and pulled out of position.Failing that ,it will be a broken u bolt and that is even more dangerous.NO DO NOT DRIVE IT. |

From looking at some pictures I really don't see how you can drive it at all, it would not mount up to the original mounting points unless you have changed them..... |

Many years ago I recovered a 7.5 tonne box van with the rear axle out of alignment after an accident, although the axle was secure and the brakes fully functioning I would not have driven it on a damp surface and the simple fact that I had a wonderful view from the left rear view mirror and absolutely no view from the right hand mirror made in dangerous to drive.
I certainly wouldn't have driven it in today's traffic. |
