I was driving home today in my van and when we stopped at a crossing, the 17 yr old youngster in my crew came out with this fact. I thought it sounded reasonable, but my mates ripped him to bits. It would make his day to prove them wrong, because we all have a laugh at the apprentice`es .

yes they do, in fact some of the lollipop ladies have been given cameras and encouraged to write down plates and such so that they be taken more seriously |

Yes it is true. A lollipop person told me few years ago....and yes she did write the numbers down of drivers who did not stop when they clearly should have done. Your mates need to apologise!!! |

The lollipop ladies take pride in the fact that they can chalk down the number plates of the offending motorists on their lollipops from what I have read and I say more power to them... |
