Clean the window thoroughly and dry then use an ecloth on the suction area of the glass and the pad and stick securely stays for months.Make sure all the air is out of the suction area before turning the locking mechanism. |

I had the same problem, give the windscreen and holder a good clean and it should stick on ok. |

Ha! Mine did the same! I found myself almost having accidents everytime I used it!
This worked for me...
Slightly dampen the suction cap (I just licked it the first time - a bit gross but it works!) You'll find it wont be coming off again in any hurry!

Clean the glass really good, clean the suction cup very good as well and if it still does this and it is under warranty, just call them and they will send you another one. |
