I know that I have to study very very hard to pass first time but I was wondering if are they the same questions as the real test?

Yes - the DSA sets the test - they are the official questions.

Any decent bookshop will have a paperback giving the questions which may be asked in the theory test or you could probably get it from your local library. I know ny local branch has a copy
