It is illegal to wear _____ and ______ while driving?

what are the two things illegal to wear while driving. i know one is headphones and the other is not sandals, slippers, or open toe shoes. BTW in Washington State

Over here it's illegal to wear blindfolds and straightjackets while driving. Well, I hope it is anyway..

You can wear whatever you please as long as it does not produce a threat to other drivers. I am referring to putting a blindfold on because you would crash and unfortunately die. Other than the obvious you have to wear a seat belt and you cannot use the cellphone or the little headphone as it will distract you from your main point of focus, The Road.

Contrary to popular knowledge, it is LEGAL to drive barefoot.
First, how is a police officer going to see what you have on your feet?
