So long as you're supervised by someone who has held a full license for at least 3 years, and your baby is in the back in a suitable child car seat, then you're fine. :)
Hope you pass your next test! |

It's legal, as long as the little one is in the correct seat etc, and your b/f, being 21, has held his full licence for 3 years. Whether it's wise is another matter. Do you not feel you might be distracted, for instance? You say you're a good driver, but clearly you haven't been able to prove that satisfactorily yet . . .
I'd say let your boyfriend drive while the baby's in the car, then you can pay the little one all the attention he or she needs. |

It's not illegal but common sense does come into play. If the DSA has decided that you are not good enough to pass the test then surely common sense should tell you that it might not be safe for you to be driving when your baby is in the car.
Thanks to the idiot who gave me a thumbs down. Clearly you have no care for the welfare of young children. Well done. |

You can carry the child providing that it's in a properly fitted seat and you're accompanied by a licenced driver.
I'm a bit concerned about your statement that you're a "good driver". If you have failed your test more than once for "silly mistakes" then you are sounding a bit complacent. That is not a good attitude for a driver to have.
A Good Driver does keep making silly mistakes.
One day one of those "silly mistakes" will happen when you're meeting another car having a "silly mistake" and that could cause an accident.
Think very carefully about that, especially with a baby on board. |

you got to have a qualified driver at all times. |

No, it is 100% legal to carry passengers of any age. BUT your baby must be in the correct baby seat & a full UK licence holder MUST be in the passenger seat next to you like always.
Best of luck with your next driving test! |

You say you are a good driver but failed TESTS (how many?) on silly things, it is silly mistake tht can cause a crash, deaths, and so on, sorry but in answer to the question, aslong as the full licence holder is in the front passeger seat then you are ok to take passengers, but get some proper lessons. |

yes, if you have a qualified driver accompanying you =] |

A learner driver can have passengers in the back, but the person sat in the front passenger seat must be over 21, have a full licence AND have been driving for 3 FULL YEARS. |

no it is not but its down to you weather you want your baby covred by medical cover off your insaurance |

its legal as long as your b/f has been driving for at least 3 years and he must be fit to drive ie not drunk also he cant be on the mobile whilst you are driving as he is still technically in charge of the car |

You will need a qualified driver in the passenger seat otherwise you won't be insured and that is illegal, otherwise yes but why drive when that qualified driver can drive the car safer as he/she would have more experience and the safety of your baby is paramount! |

As long as your boyfriend is your companion and your observer, then YES! |
