I wanted to know where i could get one for the price of about 100.00 (and under) its has to be street legal in the state of Indiana , it has to have blinker lights, 4 seats, radio, seat belts & buckles , gas & break pedals, doors, windows, windshield wipers, a roof , steering wheel , and an engine just like those cars please include websites if you have any and they cannot be one that are not fake or made up ~THANKS~

It does not exist! Not for that price! ATV's start at around $5000 and equipped the way you want it will be more like $8000. Used ones in good condition range from $2000 to $4000. A compact used car can be purchased for anywhere from $1000 up.
But the real issue here is your 11 year old has no business whatsoever getting ANYTHING to drive before she graduates from drivers training at age Fifteen! |

You'd also need a specific insurance policy in the machine, since they are NOT covered in any way by your home/renter's insurance. The insurance alone could cost $500 or so. |
