My friend crash my car?

my best friend crash my car and he has no money to repair it what should i do but if this help he like me like has feelings for me like a partner what should i do???

He definitly seems to be a good friend of yours whom you have entrusted your car. Your friend must be feeling very bad about it and of his inability to pay for its repairs. Doesn't matter! You will get the accident insurance cover from the insurance company , if your car is insured. If not, money is not impartant but having good friends is a "lifetime investement".Donot lose good friends at any cost.

If you want your friend to pay for it then take your friend to small claims court and if not well then just forget it but this is not a friend, sorry.

I appreciate your dilemma.

If your friend did not have insurance and has no money, then suing him will not help. You can't get blood out of a stone!

You could check your insurance to see if you are covered, but I doubt you would be. Most insurance companies would not cover you for lending the car to a friend with no insurance.

I would get quotes to see how much the car will cost to repair and get your friend to pay as much as possible and then pay you the rest in instalments.
