I got 3 points for 71 in a 50mph mototway road works! about 2 years ago! which was stupid because as usual no bugger was working on them! |

It depends on where you live, and what police department pulls you over.
Some police departments will issue only 2, others will issue only 3.
But, it also depends on what the speed limit is. If it's 75, like freeways in middle America, then it won't have a strong of an effect as if it was 65 such in Northeastern America. |
