My friends coworker side swiped her car with their employers work van?

and he refuses to pay her and insists that he look around and find a way to fix her car. he left a big scrape in the side of her car from her drivers side door to the headlights where he busted it off. It is a 92 chevy lumina. we were wondering what should be done? what is the right thing to do in a situation like this, dealing with a "know it all" type of person who damaged her car?

Report it. I'll bet Mr. Know it all is afraid that he is going to lose his job. Report it right away. |

She should simply turn it in to her insurance company and let them deal with it. Just as she would do if she didn't know the person who hit her car. |

File a police report.Or call them to come to the scene. |

this should have been immediately reported to the insurance company and to the employer! Duh. |

2. Talk with their insurance company.
3. Take pictures.
4. Check for witnesses.
5. If you get no where then you will need to take this to small claims court. |
