Hey, I am 16 and got my junior license july 14th 08. I just started drivers ed. Takes about 3 months plus some for some make up days I missed. After that I take the road test and pass it do I get a full junior license to drive by myself?

Sorry I mean I got my DRIVERS PERMIT on the 14th

Hey Im from NY. You cannot get your unrestricted license (Class D) until you turn 17. However, if you pass your road test at age 16, you can get your class DJ restricted license.

it depends on your state, many states now require learner's permit for a full year before getting a license, you need to get online to your state's dmv and read it there
