New car purchased, thing in a lemon, after contracts singed, dealer changes figures, car brakes down, dealer takes our new car and replaces it with a loan vehicle, wife asked to have baby seats x 2 to be installed into loan car, dealer principle, un known to my wife, a sales man installs the seats, ( un trained, un skilled, my wife then leaves the dealership, later that day my wife is told by our 2 year old that our 4 month old is on her head, baby seat had fallen forwards into the footwell with baby attached,
Where do we stand, I want some decent advice as the life of my child, if my wife had crashed may be over
