OK, we've had the happy, clappy safe driving question on here, but let's be silly?

Who has driven into a corner too quickly, lost the car on snow/ice, or generally driven like such a pillock that you scared yourself???

Be honest or don't bother answering. 10 points beckon for the reformed pillock.

I once found myself in an empty car park, so tried reversing very fast, then doing a 180 degree handbrake turn to face forward and slam it into second.
Trouble was my fiat Ulysee people carrier ended up on 2 wheels and nearly went over.
Sh1t myself - especially as it was a company vehicle

remember old volkswagon beetle? I had one some years ago and I discovered if you drove as fast as you could go on a snowy flat stretch and give a full yank on the emergency brake and then quickly released it you could do a perfect 360. except on about the fifth time I did it..the brake jammed and I dont know how many circles I did before slamming into a high dirt bank and killing the engine...I never laughed so hard in my life.

Many moons ago 4am in the morning , black ice, lost the car in a street just around the corner where I lived knew there was nothing I could do so just put head down on passengers seat and waited for the crash. Lucky enough no cars in street just demolished a neighbours wall got the car parked and walked home unscathed. Scary never lost another car after that. Lovely red escort written off.

OK.....this was in act of impatience.......I was driving down the highway..there was slow cars( in the slow lane) WHO KNEW?? lol....so I passed them then I realized my exit was coming up so I cut 2 lanes over to the right....Not realizing the center divider was there I braked and swerved( Not the best idea) and the car went into an instant drift at 70mph I regained control and went to myself " HOLY S*** " It was fun though Picture a 1999 Dodge Neon doing that lmao :-)

Does riding a motorcycle count, when I pulled up at a set of traffic lights slowly and carefully thinking they were going to change green, they didn't and had still got my feet on footrests, so bike and me toppled over to the side.
Red face or what, was looking for a manhole to climb into.

I once gave my 79 Camaro hard gas on a 90 degree turn in the rain. It turned out to be the most perfect powerslide ever. Mind you I was 17 when I did this, and the fact that it turned out so well was pure luck, not skill. It was very scary if I remember, and also quite fun.

Yes, today, but only because the standard brakes on any beemer are cack, and I only got it a couple of days ago. I didn't lose it, but I did nearly soil Myself.

Once took a corner in my '67 Baracuda too fast in the rain. It was sort of an early version of 'drifting' as I watched the mailboxes go by and suddenly the beast righted itself and continued straight down the road. Of course, I had to stop and pull the seat cusion out of my puckered ***.

Anybody that is totally honest has done that at some point in there driving career. That is why they call it experience. If you have never went home with a couple of hash marks in your shorts then you have still got a ways to go for the experience mark.

I wasn't paying attention to my driving and hit a boat.
Does that count?
