Obstructing duel carriage ways and M ways?

Does it annoy others when you are blocked from overtaking by a driver who stays in the outside lane of a duel carriageway? Traffic backs up and the near side lane is free why do they not move over and let the rest of us pass? Motorways the driver who stays in the middle lane why and often doing less then 70mph the rest of us then have to navigate across the motorway over take them then return to the nearside lane just thoughtless drivers.

Well I tried undertaking a few years ago then noticed blue light I was stopped and given advise no ticket, It could have cost me money and poins. I asked the officer why he stopped me and not the driver who was blocking the dualcarrageway he pointed out it was I who had commited the offence? And I should have held back.

I wonder what offence you were committing as I can't find any law that says undertaking is illegal. If you did it in an aggressive manner I suppose that could have been careless/reckless? Although the Highway Code advises against passing on the left, breaching the Highway Code is not, in itself, an offence.
In my view, the numpty staying in lane 2 was causing an obstruction, even if he was at the relevant speed limit, and plod should have pulled him over, not you! Obstruction is driving in an inconsiderate manner. |

They should mark the middle lane of motoways, "Ladies only" they seem to be attracted to that lane. |

Last me and my cousin saw a stupid driver at 10pm, no cars on the motorway and the driver was in the right hand lane!!!
It's stupid that you can't undertake and have to hold back under the speed limit. |

Perhaps they feel as they are driving at the limit or very close to it that no law abiding motorist will want to overtake them and they are just flashing their lights and beeping their horns as a gesture of friendship.
