I'm not sure if I understand your question. Was the car that hit you in a different lane then the 2 cars that were stopped? (if 2 lanes were going in each direction). If you were turning at the intersection, then the other cars would have to stop if they had a red light, but that wouldn't mean 2 cars would have to let you threw. But if you were turning beyond the intersection and there were cars stopped at the red light and 2 cars gave a space for you to make a left turn in front of them and if the car that hit you was in the other lane and was slowing down for the red light ahead, but didn't see you attempting to make a left turn, then you are at fault. You have to make sure both lanes are clear before turning.

And the question is what? All you have done is say "she ran a red light and hit me" which is not a question. If you are asking who is at fault, "she ran a red light and hit me" defines it. What did the police say? Just get a copy of the police report, and estimate of your damage and bill her insurance.

Its your fault but as I was informed by my local police............when someone lets you in they are assuming traffic control and if an accident happens then they would be responsible as well as long as you have their license plate number and witnesses.
