I used to feel that way too when I was in my teens and twenties and my parents were still young. Now I'm 43 and my parents are old and it scares the crap out of me that some impatient driver will intimidate them and cause them to run off the road and kill themselves. Funny how your perspective changes at different stages in your life :)

Well, it drives me nuts too; but there's really no good answer for this one. I just try to get around them. If they're driving unsafe to the point that they injure someone, call the police.

i was riding my bike once and and a grandma was infrunt of me so i took a back cut to try to cut infrom of her but she beat me(im not slow i had to cover more distance)

I think a lot of them are afraid of the road, and/or their reflexes are starting to go.

My grandparents had the sense to stop driving when their reflexes started going...my aunt just took them everywhere.

I love how they point out how teen drivers are hazardous. Be that as it may--teens are learning how to drive, the elderly have FORGOTTEN!
