One question with driving...?

If another car is not following you closely and an Animal suddenly darts into the road, you best Choice may be to:
A: apply the brakes
B: turn off your vehicles engine
C: steer to strike it at an angle

Ooops! Your Account Is SUSPENDED
A.
Brake and if the idiot hits the back of your car then it his fault for you to claim from him too.

Abby
Of course A!!! If someone rear ends you its their fault. Especially if theres no car behind you, apply the brakes!

Seriously?...... ummm A?

Callie
apply brakes. If you get rear ended it isn't you fault because there is a law against tailgating.

Smile Like U Mean It
apply the brakes, DO NOT change the direction you are traveling. DO NOT attempt to swerve. Continue the direction that you were going. chances are the deer won't even be there by the time you are

the answer is A. If you hit the animal, that is considered an act of God, and will not affect your insurance rates. If you swerve, and hit a tree, there is no proof, and you get screwed, plus a ticket for what you damaged. If you get rear ended, thats on them, not you. However, if you fear you may get rear ended, and you can hit the animal with no damage to yourself, hit the animal, so their is no way to fault you, and the insurance fixes your car without your rates going up.

depends on how fast your going. if the collision with the car behind you wouldnt hurt you or the people in the other vehicle than slam on your breaks. tail gating is against the law and you wouldnt be faulted for the accident
