Parking break in wisconsin?

In the state of wisconsin when are you supposed to turn your parking break on? each time you park or only on hills?

Friendly Stranger..

It is just a good practice no matter where you park and no matter what state you live in to use your parking brake. If you are on a hill, you want to use your parking brake as well so the car does not roll backwards causing an accident. I always make it a habit to use the parking brake to avoid any accidents. So its just good practice.
