Ok so our wippers are pretty dead, well they are. Anyway where is the fuse panel on a VW phasat 2007??? Please help!!! and what number it is!!!

most fuse boxes is above drivers left foot under dash or in dash as for number easy to pull one and look at it and replace if needed you only have like 10 to 15 wouldnt take 5 minutes to check each one most likely be like a 15 or 20

Look in your owners manual. Most fuse boxes located under the dash on the drivers side, or on the drivers outer end of dash, visible when you open drivers door. The box will have a map of what fuse is what.
