Please please somebody tll me how to calm my nerves??

got my driving test at 9.27 tomoro and im getting all stressed bout it!!

i bought some rescue remedy i think im addicted to it lol

Eat a good breakfast or lunch, relax and breathe and dont worry you will do just fine.

Well that should work for a game plan... being stressed! Stop it... sitting at a computer and being inert is giving your body too much time to be stressed. Go and do something physically demanding. It works stress out brilliantly. And as to the test, you will pass if you know your stuff and not if you don't. If you should fail, don't panic. It is better to fail than for them to issue a drivers licence to people who are not yet competent and may cause an accident that harms property or lives. But I think you will be OK... just buzz off and exercise, or clean your room ceiling to floor or play squash or scrub the kitchen...

i have just done my hgv licence and what worked for me was the remedy called kalms available from most supermarkets

take kalms you can get them from chemist or superstore they really work good luck try your best

You'll be fine just relax and keep telling yourself you can do it - if you make a little mistake correct it - when I did mine I just imagined it was my instructor sat beside me and kept telling myself it was a normal lesson

I suggest taking a Percocet or watching I Love Lucy before you leave... to calm down & laugh a little......
I would say have a swig of vodka, but it's a driving test, so that'd be crazy.

Visualize yourself going through the test perfectly. Get into the car. See the steering wheel. Put on your seat belt. Sit in a chair and act all this out. Do everything perfectly. do it over and over again. This will program your mind to behave the same way in the actual test. If you get scared, it's OK - do it scared! But if you've rehearsed it over and over again, you'll do it right!

lie down, put some relaxing music on and drink some kinda herbal tea and try to forget about it untill its time

try some dr bachs rescue remedy - either spray or drops - look for them in Boots or a health food shop. i took the drops before my driving test and i swear they calmed me down enough to pass first time!! i keep the spray in my handbag all the time now to calm me when i am in stressful situations or whatever - they really work! good luck for tomorrow!

just try to realx get a good sleep drink herebal tea nad chill u know how to drive u will do ok be confident u can only do ur best

Pop to the chemist or health food shop and buy a bottle of Bachs Rescue Remedy (very small bottle of liquid, yellow wrap). Have a few drops before you set off (try it before you go to sleep as well. Deep breath and good luck!
And don't forget most people pass on their third try!

best time to have is at 10:24 or 11:24... no traffic at all ;)

meditation is always very good and works for most stressful situations. get a good book on it hun. read, take your time and learn. It's very effective. good luck with your driving.

Wat do u mean by getting nerves/Why being stressed change it to Happiness u a going to DRIVE for Ur self any were u want to Go

just cool down go collect Ur D/L if u hav all ready passed ur final test, if not go do more practice for this time u mentioned
