Seriously, 12am to 2am, 2am to 4 am, 4am to 6am, 6am to 8am, 8am to 10am, 10am to 12pm, 12pm to 2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm, 6pm to 8pm, 8pm to 10pm, 10pm to 12am???
what do you think??, me personaly i think from 10am to 12pm just after the morning rush hour and the people that are used to driving are at work and all the idiots that hardly drive come out. thats just my opinion, i drive alot, and ive noticed that i get cut off more and more things happen in the late morning, lol, by the way , i live in Los Angeles --GO DODGERS!!!!--

It's not what time, it's what day.
Saturdays and Sundays are the worst.
Old geezers drive 10 mph under in their Oldsmobiles doing sightseeing while asian ladies drive 30 mph under in their Toyota Corollas scared of the extreme G-force causing their bumpers to deform due to extreme air drag. |

Late morning, i'd say from 7-10, you have a lot of people rushing to get to work, late or nearly late, trying to catch up by doing to many things at once. (putting on make-up, eating, and calling the excuse to the boss at the same time)
That or early evening when all the blue-hairs are out. 6 - 8:30 for obvious reasons
2-4 in the morning is the least safe to be out, per car, but a lot less cars. |
