Faithfully since the summer of 1972 when I was a passenger in my friend's car that was hit by a VW and I was deposited on the road. Fortunately we were traveling 30 mph. I wound up with road rash on my hip, arm, and hand.
Everyone in my car wears their seat belts or we do not move. |

No story, but yes I always use them if fitted, even in coaches/buses. I also make sure every passenger in my car is wearing theirs. |

I never put the keys in the ignition until my seat belt is on. Thank goodness I do, I would be dead now without it. Head -on collision . Darn tree jumped right in front of my car going 90 mph! All is fine,car made it, I made it, poor tree didn't make it :( |

I used to until I broke my left collar bone. The seatbelt would hurt me when I was driving and now I wear it sometimes. |

I am afraid not to and everyone that drives me wears one too...you never know if there will be an accident one mile away, or 100 miles away.

Yes, all the time, because:-
a. I enjoy life!
b. I would not like to pay the fine. if I was caught without it.
As one of your other answerers stated, you could have a crash one mile away or one hundred (you just do not know what life is going to throw at you). |

Heck, girl.....I even wear one in the bedroom.
Not anything to do with cars, you understand.
In fact it's more of a silk scarf than a seatbelt, truth be told.

yep,but my old hooptie has the power seatbelts in it so I really dont have a choice, it just goes on by itself as soon as I turn the key.Pretty convenient huh. |
