i'm supposed to be taking my driving test on the 14th of January. and i would REALLY like to know what exactly i should focus on for the test. i want to do good because it's my first time and i'd LOVE to pass it if possible. so any help? if there are any people out there from the DMV that do the tests, do you think you could give me some pointers? any help would be really appreciated. thanks in advance.

I take mine on the 16th of January! I know from my friends that you have to focus on parking right, and just relax and drive normally. Usually the test only lasts at the MOST 10 minutes, so you should be good. :) |

attention to detail- being calm and collected, knowing the test by harte- knowing the route there taking people on the driving part helps tooo, oh and a clean car- dont forget to put your seatbelt on and check your mirrors alot |

first of all don't stress out :) you'll do great, and if you don't, its not like there is a limit to how many times you can take the test.
the main things you might want to practice are:
watch your speed, that's the hardest thing to break. If you go just a couple over you fail :( its no fun. so concentrate on going a couple mph under the speed limit, not too slow of course, but just a little under.
backing around the corner and Parallel parking are big ones. At some DMV's they actually leave the poles up where you Parallel park on the test! Check it out! see if you can practice there. I praticed in those for like a hour the night before I did my test!
Turning signal's are important, you won't fail if you don't use them, but you will lose points on different things.
You are gonna do Fabulous. and if you don't pass, then you'll know what to work on :)
