I got a citation this month for taking a left hand after the light turned red by a photo radar camera. I was wondering if I was eligible for defensive driving school. I was also curious if I sign up for one of those online classes do I still have to pay the fine? Thanks a bunch!

If you don't have any tickets within the last 18 months you should be eligible. You have to pay the fine no matter what, but if you go to traffic school the ticket won't be on your record. Just do the online school, they're easy and you can go at whatever speed you want.

Depends on where you live but I would say yes that you should be able to take the class.
