Okay. I got into a car accident tonight, in my mother's car, which is uninsured. I've never been in a car accident before, and for some reason, the cop didn't give me a ticket. The guy had full coverage insurance, and I want to know what exactly is going to be done.
Also, I live in Arkansas.

His insurance will pay for his damages and unless the accident was his fault and his insurance agrees to pay for damages to your mother's car, which I doubt, you are out of luck. Your lucky you got no ticket, here in NY they can take your license for driving with no insurance. |

1st of all, was it ur fault, or the other person's fault, because if u was in fault, they got ur license plate number, and u may have 2 pay out of pocket, and also if the other person was at fault, then u can sue them and GET MONEY!!!!!!!!!! but seriously, it's going 2 be hard for u 2 get insurance because it's in the system now and it'll cost an arm and a leg |
