Rear end accidents in California?
I've heard that in California, in all rear end accidents, the person from behind is always at fault. What if there are 3 cars involved, one right in front of the other. Is it conceivable the middle car could be fully responsible?

What if they claim the middle car crashed into the front car 1st?

The two rear cars would be responsible. In the case of 3 cars. Car number 2 would be responsible for the first crash and car number 3 would be responsible for the 2nd crash.

People need to keep their full time and attention to the road, traffic, and weather. They also need to stop tailgating. Plain and simple. There is no reason to strike someone from behind if you are paying attention to what the hell you are doing.

I think the one at the back is fully liable, because they caused the car in front to hit another car etc.
