i got called in for reckless driving.
i passed in a no passing zone on accident but they guy followed me and i could see him write down my plate number.
im 16.
what do they do?
do they call or stop by or what happens?
penalties?

"they" as in the law/police/whatever
i live in ohio
there were no police around, i saw the driver write down my plates.

Get a lawyer and admit to nothing. Reckless driving is at a minimum a very serious traffic offense. In Virginia, it is a criminal charge. |

Who is "they"? The police? If so, the officer would have stopped you right away and written a ticket. If it was a citizen, you're probably safe, since only the police can ticket you for improper driving. |
