Red Light Camera HELP?

So this is the deal i went through a yellow light and got past it before it turned red and this BRIGHT Light flashed behind me once i was already through the intersection and stopped their was a car behind me im not sure if it was me or the other guy and if im getting a ticket it how much is it? how long does it take to get to my house? and is their any points on my license?

A lot depends where you are. If you're in CA, you have to receive your ticket within 15 days of the occurance. The ticket I got in Sept. for supposedly not coming to a complete stop before making a right turn was for nearly $400. Needless to say I decided to look into fighting it and with the help of http://www.highwayrobbery.net I learned that the city had a clause in its red light camera contract that was illegal in the state of California. My case was ultimately dismissed. Do your homework is all I can say.

sometimes those things do yellow lights because those are technically meant for "slow down" not "speed up." so you could get a ticket but its not that bad but next time just be more careful.... you probably will get points for going through..sorry

You will see a ticket in the mail in a few days if it was you. It will not cause points on your license. Typically it's a $50 fine if it was you that was nailed. When the light turns yellow you need to stop and not try to make it through before it turns red.
