Reporting an illegal vehicle inspection?

How do I report both the dealer that had the inspection done, and the station that performed the illegal test?
I live in Missouri, and have searched everywhere for hours.

Steve from Pa - they can "prove" it by inspecting the cra themselves..duh!
obviously if the entire front end is falling apart it's not something that could have been done in the time frame we've owned it.

Try the DMV or the DPS or what ever they're called in MO. The DPS (Highway Patrol) certifies and checks up on inspection stations here in Texas.

call the state police in you're area and tell them you need to speak with the DOT officers whom deal with state vehicles inspections. they will deal with it from there.

call your local department of motor vehicles , that is where the dealer obtains the stickers for inspections. if thats the case !

Contact a highway patrolman. In Missouri the inspection program is administered by the Highway Patrol.

In the UK we have vehicle tests. any complaints are made to the body that licences the test station, I assume in the US the same applies.

I have been inspecting vehicle for over 30 years and if something was done illegal then you need to report ASAP and this is great that you are doing this.
