that doesn't have their license. What would happened if i rode in the car with a friend that's 17 and doesn't have his license? Would I get in trouble, or just the driver?

He is the driver so he will be in big trouble when caught without a valid driving licence. As for you, you have got nothing to lose, except maybe your dear life, knowingly riding in the car of someone who is definitely inexperienced and foolish. |

Depends..If your car, you can be charged with "Knowingly allowing a unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle". But, not your car they will get in trouble and not you... |
